Distribution:Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy (Trentino-Alto Adige), Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Ukraine; Russia: RUC (Russia to be worked out further, see general note).
Note: see the manual for abbreviations: present-day Russia.
Region(s):Westpalaearctic
General note:Added: Bulgaria (Stary and Krzeminski, 1993b), Lithuania (Podenas, 1995). For Great Britain check Stubbs, 2021, and citations below. Savchenko, 1985b, 1989d did not discriminate between D. (I.) stigmatica and D. (I.) nigristigma; his figure of the hypopygium of stigmatica does refer to nigristigma, as illustrated in Mendl, 1985d; therefore, it seems obvious that the species does occur in the Ukraine (after drawing in Savchenko, 1985b) and that records Russia can refer to nigristigma, which has to be worked out.
